Healing Happens Here

Nourished by Nature

Humans lived in deep connection to nature for the majority of our existence as a species. Our lifestyles have gone inside, but our bodies and brains still need nature in order to grow and thrive. Physical, mental, and developmental health concerns are on the rise, but part of the answer is just outside our doors! Scientific evidence continues to confirm what we've known for the history of our existence:
we need nature to be healthy.

Meg Barrow, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Nature Connection Guide

As an occupational therapist who has worked in traditional and outdoor settings, I have seen how experiences in nature support all aspects of human development and health. Whether you're a parent, childcare provider, educator, healthcare professional, or an individual seeking services, I want to share the science and wisdom of this truth with you.
